Having spent the last twenty years working for a number of small Companies, I quickly became able to perform a wide variety of tasks. Over a period of time, people I came into contact with asked if I could do bookkeeping, so I started off with some basic knowledge and help from an accountant I knew. Soon, these same people asked me to type up quotes and invoices Then, I found myself making calls to remind people that payments were due. Whilst managing a small Company I was solely responsible for the payroll function and while all this was happening I was still enjoying being a full time sales and marketing executive. During those twenty years I listened to self employed people, it quickly became obvious that self employed people would prefer to be able to do the job they love and let someone else do the admin! The idea for Primary Functions was born, unfortunately the technology to make it possible, wasn’t! It’s taken a while for the technology to arrive, but now its here, and therefore it is now possible to offer a range of services to the small business at a competitive and cost effective rate.
